THE BROMELIAD SHOPPING CENTER & BRIGHTLINE FTL

Our vision started with the proposal by then
All-Aboard Florida, now Brightline. Proposed was a
out-parcel of land adjacent to the then under
construction Fort Lauderdale station.
We set out to develop adjacent property and
surrounding area to compliment the Brightline
station. Our proposal featured a commerce center
marketed by The Bromeliad featuring a neighborhood
courtyard atmosphere. The building was designed
with LEED Certification in mind including using
selected innovative sinks now featured in Brightline’s
stations across Florida.
